Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market
- Manage and follow up on generated leads, ensuring daily KPIs are achieved
- Schedule a minimum of 10 client appointments and conduct at least 1 meeting per day
- Understand clients’ needs and financial capabilities to recommend suitable projects
- Assist clients with project site visits and property walkthroughs
- Facilitate negotiations and close deals effectively
- Regularly visit different project sites to maintain strong client engagement and market knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Real Estate / Banking / Insurance
