Job Description
Responsible for driving overall sales performance across assigned project/s by ensuring sales targets are met, aligning sales strategies and consistent execution of company standards. Leads scaling sales operations, strengthening broker networks and improves conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure attainment of sales targets across all assigned projects
- Lead, coach, and manage multiple Sales teams
- Strengthen and expand broker and seller networks across assigned areas
- Ensure all projects under the area are aligned with pricing, promos, and positioning
- Develop area-specific strategies based on market conditions and project lifecycle
- Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to management
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 8–12 years of sales experience in real estate, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Lives in Cavite (highly preferred) or nearby areas
