Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly project KPI through effective lead conversion and project closing
- Follow up with incoming leads and maintain strong client communication throughout the sales process
- Arrange and conduct meetings with clients to understand project brief, requirements, and design direction
- Develop interior design concepts and proposals aligned with client needs and company standards
- Collaborate closely with the project and technical team to ensure design feasibility and execution quality
- Manage client expectations, feedback, and approvals throughout the design and project lifecycle
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, designers, and project execution teams
- Review project progress to ensure alignment with approved design and client satisfaction
