Job Description

On Mobile is looking for a Director of Sales to lead both existing business performance and new growth across Latin America. We're seeking a leader who can open doors and close strategic deals with top-tier telecom operators while also strengthening long-term partnerships, driving recurring revenues and improving account health across our current footprint. This is a front-line, high impact role with direct ownership of pipeline creation, strategic account development, renewals&expansions. You will lead a distributed team of Regional Account Managers, ensuring disciplined execution across forecasting, commercial plans and operator stakeholder management.
