About the Role

Are you a seasoned sales leader with deep experience in Commercial and Enterprise sales across Greater China? Zendesk is looking for a driven Sales Leader to lead/manage our Commercial and Enterprise sales teams exclusively across the GCR region (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan). This is a critical leadership role focused on driving market growth, building an elite team, and delivering operational excellence in a complex, competitive landscape.

Based in Singapore, you will report directly to the RVP, Asia Sales, and lead the sales teams focused on Commercial & Enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities will include shaping go-to-market strategies, coaching high-performing sales professionals, and driving customer success to maximize revenue growth.
