Job Summary: Selling and Leasing of Filinvest rawland and prime commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Broker Management
- Recruit, Train, Activate brokers selling rawland, leasing rawland, and selling commercial lots.
Rawland Sales / Leasing, commercial lot sales
- Sourcing and engaging brokers or realty agents to assist with property disposals
- Execute presentation and site orientation to the brokers and agents
- Directly handle clients, negotiate, and close sales and leasing prospects
- Securing of Letter of Intent (LOI)
- Closing deals
- Monitor prospects generation from various sources and progress along the sales funnel
