Job Description
We are looking for Sales & Logistic coordinator for our Umm Al Quwain Plant - United Arab Emirates. Position is to restrict for UAE Nationals only. This role is a pivotal position working with both Sales & Operations teams to facilitate efficient order processing and fulfilment while providing additional customer management and support.
- Receive Sales/work orders from the sales dept., Process them to production team for Planning & scheduling deliveries, Prepare & update Orders' Planned Production/Dispatch reports,
- Follow-up with Sale team, clients, Forwarders, & Custom clearance agents for deliveries locally and, outside the country,
- Prepare Shipping Documents & related certificates,
- Report Production/Delivery service level periodically,
- Prepare the Measurement reports for scoring quality level “ISO 9001”,
- Assist whenever needed there is extra requirement/tasks from all departments: Sales, Purchase/Logistic, Operations/Produ...
