- Lead and mentor team members to develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, increase revenue and expand market share in both existing and new markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Drive business by identifying new business opportunities, driving growth through identifying and meeting potential clients and building positive relationships.
- Work closely with team to enhance their proficiency and product knowledge, enabling them to sell effectively to our distributors and retailers.
