Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in following up channel business financial processes, including rebate verification and related reviews, to ensure compliance and timely execution
- Assist in invoice issuance and information verification to ensure accuracy of billing content
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to help resolve finance-related business issues and support smooth business operations
- Assist in organizing and consolidating channel-related financial data and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree student or above, preferably majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with knowledge of Pivot Tables, common formulas, and data processing skills
- Detail-oriented and responsible, sensitive to numbers, with basic data analysis and good communication/collaboration skills
