Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies for offline retail channels targeting revenue growth and market expansion. Identify and secure new business opportunities fostering long term partnerships with key customers, retailers, and strategic accounts. Maintain key account relationships ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform pricing, product placement, and promotional strategies.
Partner Training & Enablement
Train partner teams and retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures to ensure consistent brand representation. Provide technical guidance and SOPs for handling complex situations such as warranty claims, repairs, or customer escalations.
