Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers (airlines, brokers, OEMs, lessors) while actively developing new business opportunities across assigned territories to drive revenue and margin growth in line with company strategy
Identify and pursue new accounts through proactive prospecting, including cold calling, client visits, and networking
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical advice and maintenance solutions (component repair, PBH support, DOA services, airframe services, and training)
