Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and build a team of insurance advisors/agents.
- Train, motivate, and develop advisors to achieve business targets.
- Drive sales of life insurance products through the agency channel.
- Support advisors in customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Conduct joint field visits and sales meetings with advisors.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and persistency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
