A Sales Directoris a person that is passionate about the benefits of fitness and the development of others. They must be fully invested to market and sell fitness memberships to their community. A successful Sales Director must be friendly, professional, personable, and approachable. They must be detailed, organized, proficient, and a self-starter.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute lead generation (systems provided) in monthly advertising and promotions
- Follow and complete daily tasks and business statistics tracking
- Drive marketing programs to increase membership sales
- Work with the area/studio management
- Aid with facility management
- Coordinate and execute community events regularly to engage with prospective members
