Position Summary
The Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for managing customer accounts, driving sales growth, and supporting technical-commercial engagements for PCB and substrate products. The role requires strong negotiation capabilities, technical understanding of semiconductor packaging materials and processes, and prior experience in the semiconductor or related high-tech manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Management- Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities within the semiconductor sector.
- Lead the sales process including inquiry handling, quotation preparation, commercial negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Monitor customer forecasts, demand changes, and production schedules to ensure alignment with internal planning teams.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
