Role Summary

The Sales Manager (LATAM) leads a team of Sales Reps, BDRs, and Account Executives responsible for outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals with U.S. clients. This role requires C1+ English , strong leadership, deep sales process knowledge, and the ability to run a high‑volume, metrics‑driven sales floor.

You will own team performance, coaching, KPIs, scripts, CRM hygiene, and revenue targets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership – manage AEs/BDRs, run daily standups, coach reps, and enforce accountability.
  • Pipeline Oversight – ensure accurate CRM stages, follow‑ups, and forecasting.
  • Sales Coaching – review calls, improve scripts, and train reps on objections and closing.
