Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales and business development strategy for IBS products and solutions.
- Leverage existing developer, contractor, and consultant networks to drive project wins.
- Identify and pursue new IBS opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
- Conduct commercial negotiations , including pricing, contract terms, and project scope discussions.
- Actively manage key client relationships , including regular engagement, meetings, and business dinners.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, production) to ensure solution feasibility and delivery alignment .
- Manage, coach, and develop a small sales team (2–3 headcount) to improve performance and coverage.
