Core Functions
- Motivate and drive sales performance for the enrolment intakes
- Provide leadership support to the sales team as a group and on an individual basis
- Have an understanding of CRM and utilising it as a tool to maintain positive sales conversion as a group and individual basis
- Conduct necessary process, product and system training for newly appointed sales consultants
