Job Description
We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Sales Manager to grow the share of dosing system in Thailand. The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling with hands-on technical expertise, hunting for new opportunities, supporting customers onsite, and collaborating closely with regional and HQ teams to deliver robust dispensing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management: Develop and convert a strong sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets (Hunter role).
Prospecting: Seek out and qualify new opportunities across key sectors, including electronics, automotive, EV, automation, and general industry.
Technical Discovery: Engage with customers to understand their process needs and translate them into tailored dosing solutions and quotations.
