The Role

Sales Managers / Assistant Store Managers support the Store Manager and enable their team to create great experiences for our customers and drive business outcomes for the store.

• Work with your leader to build a culture of development which inspires and engages the team and the store leadership & part-time team, creating future leaders and high performance.
• Embed customer excellence whilst growing your business through clear direction and operational excellence.
