Requirements
- Over 5 years Retail management experience
- No formal qualifications required; however, substantial relevant experience is essential
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of stock control and inventory management systems
