Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors/agents
Drive agency sales and achieve business targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Lead from the front and guide team members effectively
Develop business through personal and professional networks
Coordinate with military personnel and leverage defense networks (preferred)
