Responsibilities
Establishing and executing business plans to improve sales and profits in the Indochina region (excludes Vietnam) by acquiring new customers and building the distribution network via various sustainable sales channels.Developing and implementing distribution strategy in line with the company’s procedures and policies. Develops and maintain long-term cordial and creditable relationship with customers.Analyzing the market, competition, technology, and developments to find new business opportunities with new product-market combinations within the business strategy.Holding full P&L responsibility for the GPB Indochina business and delivering targets i.e Monthly sales forecasting, Annual Budget process, Monthly business reviews, cost management & control.
