Sales Manager (Industrial Refrigeration)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Startec Refrigeration Services is currently recruiting a Sales Manager – Industrial Refrigeration to work at our Calgary, Alberta location (9423 Shepard Rd SE, Calgary, AB, T2C 4R6). The Sales Manager will oversee all sales activities, aiming to achieve annual sales goals while building strategic business relationships and providing vision for sales strategies and execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the sales staff to meet revenue objectives.
• Acquire, develop, and maintain client accounts.
• Collaborate with industry partners and existing sales channels to enhance awareness of company offerings and initiate new business.
• Increase market share and achieve fiscal goals.

SALES EXECUTION & CLIENT EXPERIENCE

• Implement quarterly and/or annual sales plans and manage sales expenses within budgets.
