As we expand rapidly into Southeast Asia, we are looking for our first Indonesia-based hire to drive business growth, build local partnerships, and establish our footprint in the market. This is a rare opportunity to join as a founding member of our SEA team, working directly with the Regional Business Director (SEA) to shape our strategy and execution across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development & Customer Management
- Identify, develop, and convert new enterprise customers in Indonesia.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored digital-trust / e-signature solutions.
- Provide timely support to customers to improve adoption and satisfaction.
