Purpose of the Position
- The Sales Manager will be accountable for management of the Luzon sales portfolio to maximize strategic and financial targets
- Create an annual sales plan and execute agreed, approved and aligned sales strategy
- Provide monthly forecast and ensure achievement of sales and collection target for the month
- Manage the Luzon sales team to achieve the sales KPI
- Manage the Luzon Retail Sales Associates assigned to the Gas and More to ensure safety and commercial process compliance and deliver the retail growth
- Identify new opportunities with existing and potential clients, pricing opportunities to improve product profitability, ensure contracts with customers are in placed and implemented
