Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversees the day-to-day Sales Team activities
- Determine the annual profit plan on how to achieve and implement marketing strategies and development.
- Implement and maintain sales program by developing field sales action plans
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge and share with the team
- Establish Sales Objective by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas by territories
- Ensure to achieve the group and individual target and aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as market feedback, weekly/monthly work plans, and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and services and to understand a customer's specific need.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
