Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or high‑value products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales agents
