What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to align on campaigns and service delivery
- Ensure excellent customer experience and prompt issue resolution
