Sales Manager (Electrical Supply Industry)
The Sales Manager will lead and oversee the sales team, develop growth strategies, and drive business expansion within the electrical supply industry. The role requires deep knowledge of electrical products (pipes and fittings, panels and breakers, lighting, wiring devices, fans and blowers, gensets), market dynamics, and customer requirements in project-based segments. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, hitting revenue targets, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities, clients, and markets within the electrical supply industry.
- Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, developers, distributors, and other key customers.
