- Achieve sales targets and goals
- Monitor industry trends
- Manage and present budgets
- Inventory management
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Sales and GP analysis
- Supply chain management
- Manage sales pipeline (internal and external sales)
- Manage and control sales processes
- Manage and control procurement processes
- Ensure compliance and safe collection of recycled metals
- Identify new business opportunities
- Project management from inception through to full implementation
- Performance management of direct reports
