Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for property developments.
- Drive lead generation, conversion and sales performance timeously.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximise sales.
Operational & Team Leadership
- Train new employees and graduates according to the company standards.
- Support, mentor and train new and existing staff to perform at their optimal best.
