Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage a business plan to maximize sales and achieve business KPIs.
- Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staff.
- Solicit and drive sales to maximize team objectives.
- Motivate, guide and coach sales staff.
- Jointly develop and plan marketing and sales campaigns.
- Leverage community relationships to maximize sales.
- Network with local business contacts.
- Cross‑sell other retail banking products such as ASB, PF‑i, credit cards.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Oversee code of ethics of ASM/SC PF of sales process and activities.
- Plan recruitment and retention of sales personnel.
- Coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance.
- Anticipate customer needs to deliver quality service, customer experience and ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
