Job Description

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Sales Development**

+ Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned market segments.
+ Conduct regular **sales calls, client meetings, and presentations** to promote hotel products and services.
+ Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations for clients.
+ Maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and business partners.

**Account Management**

+ Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
+ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account updates.

**Revenue Generation**

+ Achieve individual and departmental **sales targets and revenue goals** .
