Vivint, LLC (Provo, UT) seeks multiple Sales Managers to recruit and manage an effective sales team within assigned regions. Develop and maintain a sales training program, ensuring that staff are instructed on implementation of product knowledge as well as new growth strategies. Ensure that sales targets are being met by subordinate managers. Provide a high level of training on sales skills. Provide supplemental training to new and underperforming Representatives through job shadowing, real-time feedback, and role play activities. Provide training to teammates on sales tactics at daily market training meetings. Shadow sales reps during door-to-door in-home presentations with potential residential customers to have a smart home system installed in the customers home.
