RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement regional and national sales strategies.
- Manage and supervise field force teams to ensure target achievement.
- Monitor sales performance, productivity, and market penetration.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- PharmD / MBA from a recognized institute.
- 4-5 years of relevant sales management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong presentation skills.
