Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- Lead and manage part/full aspects of operation including but not limited to operations, training, manpower, customer care, sales, housekeeping and inventory.
- Monitor and look over team members to help them achieve their KPIs.
- Drive and achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Participate in marketing & promotional campaigns such as new product launches, trade fairs, corporate events, special programmes, workshops, events and roadshows
- Provide professional consultation/analysis and make recommendations on appropriate treatments and products
- Proactively provide after-sales support and attend to customers queries / complaints
- Build good rapport and ensure customer satisfaction
- Possess minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales - Retail Industry
