Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership : Drive sales performance across all retail outlets to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and train outlet supervisors and frontline staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Brand Standards : Ensure all stores maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand consistency.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
- Market Strategy : Develop and implement promotional campaigns and localized marketing activities to increase footfall.
