- Developsales plans for Re-engagement company lapse / lost accounts, identifyclient change.
- Developingstrategies to expand business opportunities within existing accounts,identifying upsell and cross-selling opportunities.
- Participatein RFQ submission for Contract Logistics projects
- Directingand coordinating sales activities locally and regionally.
- Developingand maintaining relationship with key account customers, meeting withpotential customers and address their needs by providing solutions.
- Handlingand resolving customer complaints regarding our services for Air / Seafreight and Contract Logistics matters.
- HandleSales enquiry and quotations / Attending to sales leads.
- Overseeingthe sales/operations activities to fulfil customer requirement.
