Job Description
As Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the sales function across multiple services. You’ll lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of Relationship Managers while overseeing the systems, processes, and culture that drive conversion and quality at every stage of the pipeline.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and managing the sales team to consistently achieve conversion targets
- Overseeing the quote-to-conversion pipeline, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met across every job
- Implementing and maintaining daily audit and quality review processes — including call monitoring, quote audits, and system adherence
- Coaching team members through structured one-on-one sessions using data — conversion rates, audit outcomes, and call reviews — to drive measurable improvement
