Sales Manager (Wedding) Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming (Wedding) leads including corporate, group, and events
- Ensure timely follow-up and high conversion rates
- Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close business
- Maintain and grow existing accounts to drive repeat business
- Work closely with Conference & Events team for seamless execution
- Monitor pipeline, forecasts, and conversion metrics
- Upsell and maximise revenue opportunities from existing leads
- Maintain accurate records in PMS/CRM systems
- Achieve conversion targets and account production goals
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in hotel sales, with strong proactive and reactive sales experience.
