Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business development and help our internal recruitment agency secure new clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Finding and qualifying potential clients: iGaming companies with active hiring needs;
- Running cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and industry events;
- Taking leads all the way from first contact to signed contracts;
- Conducting discovery calls, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms;
- Managing and growing existing accounts: tracking satisfaction and expanding open vacancies;
- Reactivating churned clients;
- Keeping CRM updated and reporting weekly on pipeline.
Who we’re looking for
- Mandatory: experience in the iGaming industry (operator, platform, game provider, affiliate, or related);
- 2+ years in B2B services sales (recruitment, HR‑tech, staffing, outstaffing, or adjacent);
