Position title: Sales & Marketing Manager
Office Location: Klang, Selangor
Salary: up to RM10,000
Working days: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to bring consistent, profitable orders into the factory
- Acquire new B2B customers (brands, wholesalers, buyers, OEM/ODM clients)
- Grow repeat orders from existing customers
- Ensure customers match factory capacity, MOQ, and margin expectations
- Explore growth opportunities in Malaysia domestic market and Asia and regional export markets
- Coordinate marketing efforts that directly support sales (event/ exhibitions)
Requirements
- 5–10+ years experience in B2B sales & marketing (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong understanding of OEM garment sales
