- Identify and generate leads across potential labor markets.
- Strategically expand business operations both horizontally (new markets) and vertically (new services or client types).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the company’s overseas clients.
- Actively contribute to client relationship strategies and long-term business planning.
- Initiate, coordinate, and implement business plans for assigned areas.
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with targets and goals.
- Communicate with international clients on a daily basis through platforms such as WhatsApp and Email. Ensure smooth handling of orders from receipt to closing the order.
