Job Description
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to bring consistent, profitable orders into the factory
- Acquire new B2B customers (brands, wholesalers, buyers, OEM/ODM clients)
- Grow repeat orders from existing customers
- Ensure customers match factory capacity, MOQ, and margin expectations
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage and optimize Alibaba / digital inquiry channels
- Improve lead qualification and inquiry conversion
- Coordinate marketing efforts that directly support sales (not vanity marketing)
- Exhibitions & Events
Sales Process & Discipline
- Build and manage a sales pipeline (leads → prospects → orders)
- Establish quotation, pricing, and follow-up discipline
- Track leads, deals, and conversions clearly
- Provide regular sales reports to management
