Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Excel sheets for leads generated from various sources including campaigns, Google Forms, and other verticals.
- Review and filter incoming leads to identify genuine and valid customer details.
- Connect with potential customers via calls to verify requirements and build initial engagement.
- Share qualified leads with the Sales/Demo/dealers for further action.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales/dealer to track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, updates, and lead progress.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between marketing, sales/demo/dealers
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, filtering, basic management).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
