The successful candidate will possess a background in the iGaming industry, demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and be capable of driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute marketing, promotion, and user acquisition strategies for Sportsbook and Lottery products.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members to build a high-performing team.
