Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Sales & Merchandising Executive to lead a team of merchandisers and drive in-store sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise FMCG merchandisers across retail outlets Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and pricing accuracy Execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns Build strong relationships with retailers and secure better shelf space Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and competitor activities Prepare reports and provide market feedback
