Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience in the tire industry, industrial products, or FMCG
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle and possess a valid Driver’s License (Codes 1, 2, 3)
- Willing to perform extensive fieldwork
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts
- Identify and generate new leads, and successfully close sales
- Prepare and submit accurate sales and collection reports
