🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect SMEs, GCCs & IT/Tech clients
  • Build pipeline via outreach, referrals & events
  • Conduct consultative meetings & position VIMA’s value proposition
  • Present proposals to HR, Finance & C‑suite stakeholders
  • Close deals & ensure smooth onboarding handoff
  • Track market trends & share client feedback
  • Explore cross‑sell opportunities (GTL, GPA, OPD)

🎓 Requirements

  • Graduate with 2–4 yrs B2B sales experience (insurance/benefits/HR tech/financial services)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Group Health Insurance preferred
  • Self‑starter, CRM‑savvy, target‑driven

✨ Preferred

  • Prior GMC sales experience
  • Existing HR/Finance network in Coimbatore
  • Exposure to GCC/IT/Tech segments
