Job Description
Position Purpose:
- Responsible for implementing action plans to support ILIN Retail strategy execution at assigned territory.
- Establishes, maintains, and expands Retail Business in assigned Area/ Distributors.
- Provide high level of customer service and building relations at different levels in the retail sales channel (Distributor, Retailer, IWS, Mechanic)
- Coach Distributor sales team/MSR to excecute daily task
Duties & Responsibility:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for lubricants products.
- Develop and expand the aftermarket and retail network in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities through garages, workshops, retailers, fleet owners and distributors.
